BAL HARBOUR — Miami's St. Regis Resort is bringing in chefs from St. Regis properties around the world for its first ever guest chef series. The first one kicks off on March 19 featuring Maycoll Calderon, Executive Chef of J&G Grill, Mexico City, who will be creating a special four-course menu for the evening.
