Doors at Coya Miami Teeter Open

Restaurant openings never go according to plan, and in Coya's defensive they did say last July that the Peruvian restaurant wouldn't be opening anytime soon, but it was the combination of press releases and the progression of "coming soon" hashtags ranging from #February to #MidFebruary to #March that really threw us off. So, gentlemen, please tighten your ties and ladies, it may be a good time to put those high heels back on- the doors are finally open.

The highly acclaimed, London based franchise imports the golden age of the Incan Empire to Miami's Brickell area featuring diverse Peruvian cuisine paired alongside a signature Pisco bar. Coya's flagship restaurant was named "London Restaurant of the Year" in 2014 by the London Lifestyle Awards, which give us nothing but high expectations for its American debut. We hope it was well worth the wait.
