Restaurant openings never go according to plan, and in Coya's defensive they did say last July that the Peruvian restaurant wouldn't be opening anytime soon, but it was the combination of press releases and the progression of "coming soon" hashtags ranging from #February to #MidFebruary to #March that really threw us off. So, gentlemen, please tighten your ties and ladies, it may be a good time to put those high heels back on- the doors are finally open.
