Phuc Yea! Restaurant Dream Becoming a Reality with Permanent Location

"The dankest viet-noms in the MIA" has finally found a home.

Both the Miami New Times and Miami.com are reporting that Chef Cesar Zapata and partner Aniece Meinhold of the Federal Food, Drink & Provisions will be returning to their original pop-up concept Phuc Yea! for their next restaurant venture. The pop-up turned pro will be taking root at 7100 Biscayne Blvd., the previous location of Moonchine Asian Bistro, and just 20 blocks up the road from the Federal. No official word on an opening date yet, but they are "looking at a mid-May opening" as the Miami New Times states. Meinhold and Zapata "have yet to plan the menu or the space."

Stay tuned for more details.
