Veritage Chefs Announced; Sunset Sangria at La Savina in the Mondrian Hotel

Downtown Miami-- The boys have challenged the girls for this year's Veritage Miami Interactive Dinner. Last year's lineup of chefs (Alberto Cabrera, Todd Erickson, Jose Mendin, Giorgio Rapicavoli, and Cesar Zapata) have challenged a new set of South Florida's culinary master minds to a trial-by-fire: feed 700 screaming, hungry mouths all in the name of charity. The challenge has been accepted by five kick-ass ladies who aren't about to back down from a bunch of boys to help benefit the United Way of Miami-Dade.
