Chef Jacob Anaya Takes Over Swine

50 Eggs shuffle their deck of star chefs to promote Jacob Anaya to Executive Chef of Swine.


Chef Jacob Anaya has packed up his knives and moved from Lincoln Road to Coral Gables to take up the Executive Chef slot at Swine Southern Table & Bar. Chef Anaya has most recently been serving as Chef de Cuisine of Khong River House, but will be bringing his experience of running the kitchens at both Azul and OTC with him to the Southern comfort food and smoked meats hot spot.
