David Foulquier and chef Nicole Votano team up to bring Miami a farm-to-table menu from all around the world. Influences of French, Persian, Mexican, Spanish, and American cuisines come together to supply warm and hardy, feel-good food.
Fooq's takes its name from Foulquier's childhood home- which it was called by family and friends- and was known as a place for people to come together and socialize. Fooq's wants its guests to have that same warm and welcoming feeling you get stepping into someone's home for dinner
