Michelle Bernstein's Michy's Coming Back in April

Michelle Bernstein's flagship restaurant is reopening next month, nine months after it closed for remodeling, reports Miami.com. The restaurant has done a complete revamp to the space and menu — and is even going to have a new name once it opens in April.

To man the kitchen Berstein tapped Illegal Bakery's Mikey Mayta as chef de cuisine and his wife Keily Vasquez as pastry chef. Stepping in as sous chef is James Seyba, formerly of 27 Restaurant.

Bernstein is certainly keeping herself busy recently opening Seagrape inside the Thompson Miami Beach, along with launching a new local TV show and signing deals to create menus at a hospital and airport lounge.

No word on an official opening date. Stay tuned for more details.
