Ever since opening its second outpost in Coral Gables in September 2013, Pincho Factory has been a runaway hit in the neighborhood. The restaurant built its reputation on its unique made-to-order burgers like its signature Toston Burger and its Burger Bash winning Croquetesa Burger, but its menu also features an assortment of wraps, pinchos and salads if, say, burgers aren't your thing — but we can't see why they wouldn't be.
But unlike many restaurants that open with a splash and quickly fizzle out, Pincho Factory's popularity hasn't wavered. So in honor of Burger Week 2015 here at Eater get a peek inside Pincho Factory during a busy Friday lunch service.
