This morning, Azul's executive chef Will Crandall confirmed to Eater that he will be parting ways with the Mandarin Oriental's five-star restaurant come May 16.
He tells us he is leaving on good terms with the property where he has served as chef de cuisine since January 2014. He also tells Eater that he will be staying put in Miami to head up another project, which will be announced shortly. No word on what that project is or who might be replacing him at Azul. Stay tuned for more details.
