The longtime bar and restaurant is owned John Donovan, a partner at Josh's Deli. Marcus has reworked the menu and added items pretzel quesadillas, sliders made with turkey bone marrow and foie gras, and yucca mozzarella sticks with avocado vinaigrette, according to the site. As for his popular namesake deli, Marcus is still very much a part of that telling New Times that, "the menu is on lock" so he can put his focus on The Bar for now.
