Eater Miami Seeks a Summer Editorial Intern

Could it be you?

We're looking for an enthusiastic intern for the summer here at Eater Miami. Do you happen to read Eater on a daily, or perhaps obsessive, basis? Are you an accomplished Photoshop expert and a stellar writer? If so, this opportunity may be for you.

We're looking for intern with journalism and graphic design in their blood to join our team. Internship responsibilities vary and might include (a) researching and writing posts for the site; (b) dashing to the scene of breaking news; and (c) designing graphics and timelines for upcoming stories.

Our ideal intern understands Eater Miami's audience and are familiar with restaurants, chefs, and food culture. Applicants should have strong writing skills, with bonus points given for social media and photography/Photoshop experience.

This internship requires 10-12 hours a week of work both remotely and at our office in Coconut Grove. To apply, please email miami@eater.com with the subject line Eater Summer Internship. Be sure to include a description of yourself and your interest in the gig, as well as samples of or links to your design and writing work. If we like what we see, we'll respond quickly. Thanks.
