Three Brunches to Try in Miami This Weekend

From Matador Room, Bianca and the kind-of-open Beachcraft

Bianca

Now that memories of Mother's Day brunch are behind us, it's time to start mapping out your next brunch to try out. Here are three new offerings launching this week that are sure to fill your weekend meal quota.

SOUTH BEACH — While still not 100 percent open for business, Tom Colicchio's Beachcraft has begun its weekend brunch service. On the menu expect huevos rancheros, egg sandwiches filled with porchetta and grilled blueberry cornbread topped with peaches along with $45 pitchers of cocktails. Brunch is available Saturday and Sunday from noon to 3 p.m. [EaterWire]

MIAMI BEACH Matador Room's appropriately named outdoor terrace, Matador Terrace, has kicked off its Sunday brunch. Available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. it'll feature items like coconut pancakes, Mexican-spiced French toast along with popular lunch and dinner items like black truffle pizza and BBQ pork tacos. SOUTH BEACH — Bianca at the Delano has a new chef, Vikram Katoch, and he has revamped its brunch menu. The buffet-style meal features "live cooking stations" and plenty of food options like sushi, seafood and meats carved to order along with bottomless Bloody Mary’s and Veuve Clicquot Champagne. Brunch runs $75 for adults and $45 for children. [EaterWire]
