Another restaurant/lounge/bar hybrid is making its way to South Beach next month when 9beach Fusion Kitchen & Lounge Bar opens up at 1628 Collins Avenue.
The massive space will feature 250-seat, 3,300-square-foot restaurant area that will be decorated with, "ornate lion heads and angels with two grand chandeliers as the centerpiece." Its 5,000-square-foot outdoor lounge will have a, "hand-carved bar, stage, and DJ booth for live performances."
As for the cuisine expect a, "casual and light Mediterranean-inspired menu" with items such as salmon tartare, skirt steak and branzino. And of course like any good bar on Miami Beach it'll feature plenty of "carefully crafted cocktails."
This is the first U.S. outpost for the concept, which already has seven 9beach locations in Israel. No firm opening date just yet, stay tuned for more details.
