Funky Buddha Brewery to Open Fast Casual Restaurant This Fall

Plans for September launch

Soon you'll have some food to eat with all those samples of beers you chug sip on at Funky Buddha Brewery when it opens Craft Food Counter & Kitchen inside it’s Oakland Park tap room this fall.

Manning the kitchen will be Executive Chef Jeff Vincent, who most recently was at Beauty & The Feast inside the Atlantic Hotel on Fort Lauderdale Beach. On his menu will be "gourmet-caliber plates" that are served from "a fast-casual counter."

The food is described per a press release as pub fare with a "twist." Expect items like a bison burger topped with bacon and smoked mozzarella, deviled eggs, Bavarian-style soft pretzels, and of course the new restaurant must-have: lots of "sharable plates perfect for splitting."

Construction is set to begin immediately on the restaurant with completion aimed for this September. It is also building a full-service private room that seats up to 125 to host private events and beer pairing dinners.
