While Miami doesn't have a White Castle it will soon have something to fill that mini-burger void when Sliderz, a restaurant dedicated to — you guessed it: sliders, opens up later this year.
Sliderz is the brainchild of South Florida restaurateur Buzzy Sklar who's had his hand in several restaurant and nightlife concepts around town over the years like Burger & Beer Joint, Automatic Slims, Suite Night Club and the Clevelander Hotel.
Sklar has tapped Josh's Deli's Josh Marcus to consult on the project and help build out the menu which will feature, per the press release, "a wide variety of options to include beef, chicken, fish, vegetarian and several other options."
No word on an opening date just yet, but they plan to open four Sliderz Restaurants throughout South Florida starting with the first one being located at 123 Street and Biscayne Boulevard.
