Jacob Anaya Leaves Swine for the West Coast

Over the weekend news came out that 50 Eggs Coral Gables restaurant Swine Southern Table & Bar and its executive chef Jacob Anaya have "parted ways." The statement came in late Friday night said that, "Anaya left Swine and the 50 Eggs, Inc. team earlier this month in order to return to the West Coast to be near his family and pursue other culinary opportunities."

No word on who might replace Anaya, but this is just one of the many personal shuffles the 50 Eggs Restaurant Group has seen in recent months and rumor has it that  more are on the way. Stay tuned for more updates.
