The summer shutdown continues. Today Eater Miami was notified via a press release that Brickell's OTC Restaurant will have its last day of service on June 21 in order to make way for a new concept from its owner and operator Michael Sullivan.
No word on what this new concept might be but in the statement Sullivan says that he's, "ridiculously excited about this next concept, my talented new chef and the incredible way we’re weaving in my obsession with rare, seasonal and limited release craft beers. This is something the city needs and I think Miami will love it!”
For its final week in business OTC will be operating under its normal business hours and hosting an all-day "Farewell Friday" celebration on June 19 with $5 select craft beers along with a Father's Day brunch on Sunday, June 21 serving as the restaurant's final service.
