Tom Coliccho's start in Miami has been a rough one. His much-anticipated project Beachcraft has been plagued with set backs since its inception. But Eater Miami can now report that after a soft open and a brunch launch earlier this year that the restaurant is now officially open for business.
The concept inside the 1 Hotel & Homes from the Top Chef judge offers a menu filled with plenty of seafood, house-made pastas, salads and local produce, all executed by executive chef Michael Fiorello.
