The day is finally here. After months of delays, the Asian-influenced Red Ginger from Top Chef Master's Herb Wilson opens its doors tonight.
For this project Wilson teamed up with the nightlife gurus from Bodega and Radio Bar, Menin Hospitality. On the menu expect plenty of sushi dishes, robota grilled items and an extensive Japense whisky selection with options like Karuizawa Kohaku, a discontinued whisky aged for 10 years.
The 3,300-square-foot is located right down the street from its sister restaurant venue, Radio Bar, and features bamboo marble flooring, hand-carved wood panels and a onyx bar. Red Ginger, located at 736 1st Street in Miami Beach, is open for dinner Monday through Sunday from 6 p.m. midnight with lunch and brunch to follow. To make a reservation call 305-433-6876.
