Later this Summer 3030 Ocean at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa will close its doors for an "expansive renovation" and with the closure will be the exit of its Executive Chef Paula DaSilva.
The chef who has been at the restaurant since 2013 plans to take some time off to travel before heading to another kitchen, says a press release. As for the restaurant it is actively looking for its "next culinary star" before it re-opens on November 1 with "a sleek new look, menu and chef."
Until its closing on August 24, the restaurant will be up and running under normal business hours.
