On Monday, June 22 from 4 to 7 p.m., Industree, the Washington D.C. based hospitality networking group will be adding Miami to their list of branches with a meet-and-greet and panel discussion event at Quality Meats in Miami Beach.
The networking group has already taken off in a few other food savvy cities such as D.C., Atlanta, and Philly to much success. Current event discussion topics include things like Heart of the House(industry war stories), Business of Booze (trends, regulations, products, and programs); Hail to the V: ("A celebration of women in the industry"); and Fast Casual (on owning a food truck).
The event's discussion will be Industree's popular Heart of the House topic where attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a forum with local chefs and restaurant professionals as they tell their stories on how they made it to the top.The inaugural panel will be featuring big names from the Miami area such as Danny Serfer,Todd Erickson, Andreas Schreiner and moderated by Miami Herald's Food Editor, Evan Benn.
