Tongue & Cheek's Kitchen Collab is Back; SPF Saturdays at the Four Seasons

MIAMI BEACHTongue & Cheek's popular Kitchen Collab series is back this Summer with a focus on 'Nawlins cuisine. Chef and owner Jamie DeRosa will be teaming up with a different chef each month from the area, starting with James Beard-nominated chef Slade Rushing of Brennans on Tuesday, July 21. The five course meal features dishes like crawfish pie, roasted hogfish and Creole-spiced lamb rack. Reservations are $75 per person and with wine pairings for $25 more. BRICKELL — Ready for a little fun in the sun? This Saturday the Four Seasons Brickell launches its SPF Saturdays: Seafood + Pool + Four Seasons at Bahia at its 7th floor poolside bar and grill. The weekly poolside event will run every Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. through Labor Day weekend and offer fresh seafood a la carte and a "Southern-style" Seafood Boil.
