Two New Pop-Up Restaurants You Need to Know About

From NYC's Momo Sushi Shack and Cindy Hutson

SOUTH BEACH — Taking over the Sunset Lounge at Mondrian Hotel from now until October is the Michelin Guide-recommended Bushwick, Brooklyn-based Japanese restaurant Momo Sushi Shack. It's chefs be teaming up with the hotel's Executive Chef Dustin Atoigue to help re-create the restaurant's menu that will , "beautifully designed sushi, extensive vegetarian and vegan options, and heirloom ingredients," along Japanese Whiskey Bar.  The pop up is available nightly for dinner service. DOWNTOWN MIAMI — Ahead of opening her Zest MRKT later this year, Cindy Hutson is launching a Zest Pop Up that will preview the different breakfast and lunch options she'll be serving at the permanent spot like egg dishes, sandwiches, soups and salads, smoothies and coffee. The pop-up is now open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m to 3 p.m. inside the lobby of Southeast Financial Center at 200 South Biscayne Boulevard. [EaterWire]
