Here's What You Need to Know About the Soon-To-Be Open Beaker & Gray

Part bar, part eatery coming to Wynwood this September

We finally have some details about the soon-to-be open Beaker & Gray coming to Wynwood this September.

The hybrid restaurant and bar will feature cuisine created by chef/owner  Brian Nasajon who's done stints at Lure Fishbar, Wish and SushiSamba — with a menu full of dishes featuring "global flavors" that go "beyond fusion." Think items like shrimp and chorizo churros, grilled oxtail and risotto.

The bar portion, spearheaded by bar manager/owner and Broken Shaker alum, Ben Pottswill be divided into three sections – Shaken, Stirred and Strange. The shaken section will feature, "light and refreshing options" while stirred will be "boozy and complex" and the strange, "are designed for those seeking an off-the-wall cocktail experience." The bar promises to be open late-night for those looking to get a proper drink until the wee hours of the morning.

The 3,600-square-foot venue housed in a former ice factory at 2637 North Miami Avenue will feature a main dining area seating up to 75 guests, a 13-seat marble bar and additional seating on the balcony. And unlike most places in Wynwood it will actually have parking with more than 20 private parking spaces available for guests.

No official word on when the space will be opening, all we know for now is sometime this September.
