The word's out and according to the Miami New Times, Dragonfly Robata Grill & Sushi will be included among Downtown Doral's many anticipated dining options.
Dragonfly's current locations in Orlando and Gainesville feature sushi and robatayaki-inspired menus, respectively. Its third location in Doral would be Japanese fish market-focused.
The Japanese gastropub is a lose translation of Izakaya, a Japanese term for "casual, informal drinking establishment." This new location will include "sushi, a robata grill menu, a noodle bar, a butcher and a market inspired by the Japanese Tsukiji Market," according to MNT.
Stay tuned for finalized menu options and hours of operation.
