A few months ago it was announced that executive chef Paula DaSilva was leaving her post at 3030 Ocean when it closed for renovations this month. Now we know who's taking over the role — DaSilva's longtime sous chef Adrienne Grenier.

Grenier started her career at 3030 Ocean under DaSilva and its former executive chef Dean Max. Then proceeded to work with DaSilva at 1500° inside the Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach, before returning to the kitchen at 3030 Ocean with DaSilva in 2013.

3030 Ocean plans to reopen on Saturday, October 24, inside the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa. In the meantime, Grenier will be leading the kitchen at Tupelo, the resort’s limited-time pop up restaurant, which is open nightly at 6 p.m. for dinner service in the resort’s Riva restaurant space.
