Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails Officially Opens in Hallandale

Three-story "lifestyle" destination on Hallandale Beach

Carlos Rosso/Related Group/Curbed Miami

Today marks the opening of the sbe and Related Group's massive new three-story "lifestyle destination" Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails in Hallandale Beach. The space is part restaurant, part spa and part members club, from the group behind swanky (and rather un-Broward like) spots such as Katsuya and The Bazaar by José Andrés.

Leading the kitchen in the first floor restaurant is executive chef Danny Elmaleh, who was previously at the restaurant group's Mediterranean concept Cleo before heading to Hyde Beach. His "New American" menu features dishes like tuna tartar, pumpkin butter rolls, oxtail bucatini and branzino. And in true sbe fashion, plenty of cocktails will be available as well inside the restaurant and the space's second floor lounge.

Along with the food available on the first floor, the venue also houses a Ciel Spa, fitness center, plenty of beach chairs with food and drink service offered right on the sand. The "private members club" on the third floor will have its own drink and food offerings along with a private pool.

Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails is now open daily at 111 S. Surf Road in Hallandale Beach.
