The Setai Miami Beach Announces New Restaurant Concept with Chopped Champion

Coming off his win on Food Network's Chopped just last night, chef Mathias Gervais along with The Setai Miami Beach a have announced a new restaurant concept coming our way this Fall, Jaya.

The new restaurant will feature "conscious Southeast-Asian cuisine,"  with dishes from all over the region –  think peeking duck, naan bread, Indian curries, sea bass and dumplings, served, not surprisingly, "sharing style."

No exact date on the opening, we're just told late November for now. Stay tuned for more updates.
