Off of the heels of its first anniversary, the not-so-pop-up-anymore bar, Better Days, has announced a new food concept coming to the bar every other Friday beginning this week called Bareroot.
The pop-up restaurant is self-described as a serving a reinterpretation of "trashy bar food" with "restaurant driven techniques and high quality ingredients." The young chefs behind the concept are Robert Errichetti, who was formerly chef de cuisine at Loba, and Sam Parrish.
On the menu expect bar bite dishes like "Checkers style" marble potato pinxtos topped with herb jam, crispy meatballs with American cheese mayo and calabaza romanesco dip.
The special menu is available every other Friday beginning at 6 p.m. until "late."
