Phuc Yea! fans have been anxiously awaiting the restaurant's permanent return to the South Florida food scene for months now. And while the opening is near — we're told sometime in October — the restaurant is getting back to its roots with one last round of pop-up meals and events before its big debut.
All the locations for the pop-up dinners remain a mystery until the day of the event and the restaurant warns that if you're a "finicky eater" these might not be the meals for you. But here's what the restaurant has in store:
What: Preview Dinner
When: September 26 and 27 at 8 p.m.
What: Four-course, family style meal
Cost: $40 per person, $25 beverage supplement (tax and tip not included)
What: Eat Phuc Yea at Home
When: October 2, noon to 7 p.m.
What: The restaurant is teaming up with Delivery Dudes to bring your lunch and/or dinner box to you. Pre-purchase begins September 27
Cost: $18 a person
What: Warehouse Dinner "Somewhere Far, Far Away...."
When: Saturday, October 3 at 7:30 p.m.
What: Tasting menu with beverage pairing
Cost: $125 per person
What: Friends and Family Cookout
When: Sunday, October 4 at 7 p.m.
What: A "come as you are" Sunday cookout
Cost: $35
