GK Bistronomie

Peruvian cuisine is certainly not going out of style. It's been reported that Peruvian concept, GK Bistronomie, is coming to Wynwood in the "upcoming weeks" at 218 Northwest 25th Street.

The 3,629-square-foot space, located right across the street from the Warby Parker store, will feature both indoor and outdoor seating and a pisco bar.

Behind the new restaurant is restauranteur and chef Rafael Perez, who has owned four restaurants in Ecuador including Relais & Chateaux, which was once named a top 300 restaurant in the world. He also has worked in several local kitchens including Little Palm Island Resort and Spa in Little Torch Key and the Setai.

No word on an official opening date. Stay tuned for more details.
