These California burgers are coming to the southeast with a second Florida location in the Magic city. The Habit's hometown of Santa Barbara deemed it the best of the coast back in the 60's; today, there are 134 locations, including its most recent on West Flagler.

Known for its never frozen, char-grilled burgers, the fast-casual concept finished first out of 65 in a 2014 Consumer Report for best tasting burger in the U.S. Participants answered the question, "On a scale of  1 to 10, from least delicious to most delicious you’ve ever eaten, how would you rate the taste?" The Habit scored an 8.1. Widely popular In-N-Out finished second, with a score of 8.0.

Apart from its CharBurger, Habit's menu showcases a variety of sandwiches, milkshakes, regular, sweet potato or green bean fries, kids options and hefty salads.

The new 3,000-square-foot building seats 108, including shaded outdoor patio seating and a complimentary condiment bar with an assortment of sauces.

The Habit Burger Grill is now open at 9971 West Flagler Street Suite 180, Miami  33174. Operating hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
