Your First Look Inside Izzy's Fish & Oyster, Finally Opening Tonight

Plenty of lobster rolls, oysters and whoopie pies

After months, and months... and months of waiting, Izzy's Fish & Oyster, the New England themed restaurant by Jamie DeRosa owner of neighboring Tongue & Cheek, makes its grand debut tonight.

Heading up the kitchen is chef de cuisine William Crandall who created a menu filled with plenty of classic Northeastern dishes like lobster rolls, clam chowder, Parker House rolls, fried clams and, of course, a large variety of oysters.

The New England theme continues with the restaurant's decor featuring a reclaimed wood ceiling, lobster trap mesh, large banquettes and a 15-seater white marble bar.

The restaurant is now open nightly at 423 Washington Avenue from 6 to 11 p.m. with happy hour from 5 to 7 p.m. and a rosé brunch coming in October. To make a reservation call 305-397-8843.
