The Bridge Cocktail Pop-Up to Become a Permanent Part of The Local’s Craft Food & Drink Beverage Program

Time to drink up, Coral Gables

The Local Craft Food & Drink

Last month cocktail gurus David Perez and Will Thompson launched what was supposed to be a month-long cocktail pop-up of The Bridge inside Coral Gables’ Southern eatery, The Local Craft Food & Drink. But apparently the beverages were such a hit that the duo agreed to sign on as a permanent fixture in the restaurant starting today.

In a neighborhood that desperately needs a good cocktail bar, the duo’s new permanent stay will be a welcome one. They’ve also expanded their bar offerings to feature a variety of brand new seasonal cocktails like the appropriately named tiki drink, Where’s Winter, along with a new rotating weekly punch and a daily happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. offering half-priced drinks.

And if you don’t see anything on their newly launched menu you want, not a problem, since there will also be a Dealer’s Choice drink where guests can choose the glassware, base spirit, and flavor profile for a custom cocktail on the fly, for a special discounted price. The beverages will be available for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, seven days a week.
