The Friends of James Beard have brought in the big guns for their latest benefit dinner this Saturday, January 30, at 7:30 p.m. at Kuro inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Aptly called "The Chef’s Palate" it will feature a plethora of Beard nominees cooking up an elaborate five-course meal along with MC himself, Robert Irvine.
Adding their talents to the evening are Kuro host chef Alex Becker, JBF Award Winner Norman Van Aken, JBF Award Winner Christopher Lee formerly of The Forge, JBF Award Winner Allen Susser and and JBF Award Nominee Pastry Chef Dahlia Narvaez of Mozza.
