Danny Serfer and crew are bringing their shucking great seafood talents to North Miami come later this year, when they open the second outpost of Mignonette in the former Gourmet Diner location at 13951 Biscayne Blvd.
The newly leased location will mimic the original Mignonette space, including its “Old Florida meets New Orleans” interior. The menu, Sefer told the Miami New Times, will feature plenty of the classic Mignonette dishes, like its extensive veggie board, along with some items from its “sister” restaurant Blue Collar and an expanded meat selections. In other words, it won’t be a “carbon copy” of the original Edgewater location.
The future restaurant is slated to open in later this year. No official word on when. Stay tuned for more details.
