Three days of dining experiences with the Eater Young Guns alum

Chef JJ Johnson will host three immersive multi-course dinners in Miami this November. At his pop-up, DIRI, the 2014 Eater Young Guns winner plans to serve a menu inspired by Haitian ingredients and world cuisines. The meals are coupled with a virtual experience powered by Infiniti.

Inspired by Haitian ingredients and the multiple cultures that utilize these ingredients in their own unique recipes, Chef Johnson’s menu will draw from his passion for West African, Indian, French and Haitian cuisines to create a multi-cultural menu that defines the beauty of a melting pot. His use of key Haitian ingredients like rice — diri, in Haitian Creole will seduce and transport guests as they join him on a culinary adventure.
