A 24/7 French Bistro Makes its Grand Debut on South Beach

From Brazil — believe it or not

It’s time to say "bonjour" to a never closing French eatery, Paris 6, now open on Miami Beach.

The 24-hour, 7 days a week, French eatery has taken up shop at 2200 Collins Avenue and serves up a variety of traditional French dishes executed by Venezuelan born and Spanish-trained chef de cuisine Atilio Padra.

Each dish is named or inspired by an artist, celebrity or icon, like the Croque Monsieur Aperitif Hommage a "David Brasil," and the Risotto au Ragout D’Osso Bucco Au Safran Hommage a "Nelson Freitas."

The ten-year-old concept, which has roots and locations throughout Brazil (yes, you read that correctly), was inspired by the bistros found in the 6 Arrondissement in Paris and that's how it got its name.

The space keeps with the French theme featuring tufted red banquettes, Damask covered walls, chandeliers, tractor bar stools and an ornate, green bar that serves as the restaurant’s centerpiece. Paris 6 is now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, all day. For reservations call 305-363-6801.
