The transformation of the F&B concepts at The Confidante Hotel is underway. The latest to debut is Nina’s House, opening tonight it what used to house the most recent reincarnation of Sra. Martinez.
The original 1930s guesthouse located poolside of the hotel features a bohemian, vintage vibe plus bites by Richard Hales of the hotel’s other new concept, Bird & Bone. On the menu are dishes like Hand Torn Masa Chips, Florida Gator Pibil, and Cauliflower Tinga.
As for drinks think boozy, juice-based cocktails like the Globetrotter with cantaloupe and gin; Spicy Nina with pineapple, apple, and silver rum; and the Seahorse with mango, strawberry, and silver tequila, luxardo maraschino. The space also features nightly programming by Nina herself, every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening by local musicians, DJs and acoustic performers.
Nina’s House at The Confidante is open Thursday through Saturday from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at 4141 Collins Avenue.
