Brickell City Centre may have opened its doors last month but its restaurant concepts are still catching up. One of the first to open is Luke’s Lobster, a mini-chain specializing in lobster rolls.
The fast-casual concept, which was founded in NYC but has 22 locations all through the northeast, Chicago and even Las Vegas, features lobster, crab and shrimp rolls, plus seasonal dishes like a warm kale grain salad, crab and gruyere grilled cheese, plus classic New England style dishes like clam chowder, crab claws and slaw. As for drinks, expect a variety of sodas and teas with beer and wine — plus a happy hour — coming in the next few weeks.
The restaurant is now open inside Brickell City Centre at 701 South Miami Avenue at Monday to Saturday from11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 7 p.m.
