Lincoln Road hotspot Juvia now has a sister restaurant, according to Miami.com. The restaurant opening tonight called Sushi Garage takes over a 4,000-square-foot, 100-seat space in Sunset Harbour at 1784 West Avenue. Behind the interestingly named concept are Juvia founders Jonas and Alexandra Millán along with chef Sunny Oh who tell Miami.com that the restaurant will "local driven true Japanese concept."
On this "true" menu expect items like sushi, nigiri and hand rolls, tempura dishes, plenty of grilled fish in every variety, along with noodles, soups and salads. The restaurant is open now daily for dinner with plans of launching a "lifestyle retail component in the near future, allowing patrons to take away a piece of Sushi Garage with them."
