For all those beer lovers living out west, we’ve got some good news for you. The trek to Wynwood — where the majority of Miami’s local craft breweries are located — may soon be coming to an end. Reason: Spanish Marie Brewing Company is opening the doors to its full production and retail center by Tamiami Airport by this summer. The Miami New Times is reporting that the operation will take over a warehouse space at 14241 SW 120th St., using a seven barrel brewing system that they found in Kansas and drove down to the Magic City themselves. The space will feature different beers to start, many of which have been on display at various tasting events throughout the city, with plans to add a food-pairing component to the menu down the line. Stay tuned for more updates. [Miami New Times]
