One of the first restaurants to make its way to Mary Brickell Village, The Oceanaire Seafood Room, is no longer. The restaurant closed its doors today according to Miami.com to make way for a new, to-be-determined Landry's concept, which runs the gamut from Chart House to Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. to Morton's The Steakhouse. The restaurant's executive chef Kareem Anguin confirmed to us the reports from Miami.com that the restaurant company didn't want to renew the lease on the restaurant. Stay tuned for more updates.
