Dubbed "Organic For the 99%" Lucky's Market opens its first South Florida location in Coral Springs today, according to the Sun-Sentinel. The Colorado-based retailer is looking to compete with lower priced organic retailers like Trader Joe's offering items like organic meats, smoked bacon, baked goods and seafood, along with its popular $2 "sip while you shop" beers.
The 32,000-square store is the first of three coming to the state in 2016 including another location in Broward in Plantation along with Orlando and Melbourne. No word if one is slated for Miami. [Sun-Sentinel]
