In case Miami didn’t have enough new Asian restaurant concepts, there’s another one about to make its way to our Sunny shores this spring. The Miami New Times is reporting that Tanuki, a Pan-Asian concept from Russia of all places, is opening at 1080 Alton Road this May. The restaurant seems to be a big deal in its motherland with 53 locations in Moscow alone, with several open 24-hours. The South Florida location will be the first U.S. featuring a menu with 150 different items ranging from sushi, to dim sum to noodles and everything in-between, in a 3,500-square-foot space. No official opening date has been announced but when Tanuki does open it’ll be open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily. [Miami New Times]
