Want your chicken wings with out the wait? Soon you'll have a restaurant for that. Hurricane Grill & Wings has announced plans for a new concept under its restaurant "umbrella" called Hurricane BTW — short for burgers, wings and tacos (which sounds oddly familiar). This new fast-casual concept will open its first location in Fort Lauderdale at 5975 N. Federal Highway on April 9 according to the Sun Sentinel. On the menu expect the restaurant's "best-selling items" like burgers, french fries, hand breaded chicken tenders, and wings with more than 20 flavors to choose from. And to make you feel a bit better about that bucket of wings you're about to down, during its opening weekend it is donating 100 percent of all sales to the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital. The restaurant will be open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. and until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. Call 561-932-1075 for more info.
