One of the original NYC cocktail spots, Employees Only, is officially opening a Miami Beach location this fall, according to the New York Times. The bar, which has been open in Manhattan since 2004, plans to set up shop in the new Washington Park Hotel South Beach at 1050 Washington Avenue this September, spearheaded by one of the bar's original partners, Billy Gilroy. Miami will be one of three cities the popular cocktail bar will open in this year along with Austin and Singapore. For each of the bars expect the same "Employees Only experience" you'd receive if you were in NYC, including "Art Deco décor, undulating bar and white-jacketed bartenders," according to the Times. Oh and its trademark end-of-the-night chicken noodle soup service will also be making its way to Miami as well. No official opening date has been announced, stay tuned for more updates.  [New York Times]

UPDATE (7/6): More details have been released about the upcoming Miami version of Employees Only. It's still on track for its September debut, with the design being close to the original NYC location, but also including the addition of hammocks and "lush-landscaping," of course.

In addition to EO beverage mainstays making their way down south, such as the Amelía and the Billionaire Cocktail, a comprehensive food menu will also be available with dishes like steak tartar, bone marrow poppers, bacon wrapped lamb chops, and caviar offerings.

When Employees Only opens it will be open daily from 5 p.m. to 4 a.m., serving dinner from 6 p.m. to midnight and offering a late night menu until 3:30 a.m.
