The Pubbelly Boys have officially opened the doors to their latest concept, PB Station inside the newly opened Langford Hotel at 121 SE 1st Street — the site that once held the Miami National Bank. PB Station is the first Miami restaurant for the guys off Miami Beach and features "American food in a way it hasn’t been done before" according to its executive chef, Jose Mendin.

So what does that exactly mean? Expect twists on the classic American dishes like wagyu filet mignon with foie butter, short rib steak with red beet romesco, Thai lobster sausage, octopus pepperoni, and nori pappardelle. They’ve also tapped Sergio Navarro and pastry chef Maria Orantes to create the desserts. The hotel also features the guy’s first bonafide bar called Pawn Broker. Located on the rooftop of the property it keeps with the American theme featuring drinks like the gin-based FDR and a cocktail using Cracker Jack infused whiskey called the Yogi Berra along with plenty of local brews and wines.

The restaurant is now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Call 305-420-2205 for more information or to make a reservation. And if you're curious about the menus check them out below.
