Florida-based alcohol distributors and the brains behind the annual South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida, is bringing its talents to Wynwood with the opening of a new facility right smack dab in the artsy neighborhood.
The new 17,000-square-foot building will be dedicated to its new artisanal wine division and include state-of-the-art classroom facilities, fine wine storage, as well as spaces for indoor and outdoor wine tastings and special events for visiting winemakers and master distillers. Plus it will house the offices for national events teams for the company, including the Festival’s team. The new division of the company will be led by master sommelier Laura DePasquale.
