BLT Steak is Transforming Into LT Steak & Seafood Come Early June

Longtime Laurent Tourondel eatery, BLT Steak inside The Betsy Hotel, is transforming into LT Steak & Seafood come early next month. While the reps in the announcement seem rather vague about why the switch is happening, they did say that "the opening of LT Steak & Seafood marks an important culinary evolution for the hotel," and is part of an expansion of the Betsy which will get "additional culinary outlets overseen by Laurent Tourondel" by fall of 2016 when the famed chef takes over as the "main culinary purveyor" of the hotel. No word on what those additional culinary "outlets" are or when they will debut. More information as we have it.
